A private group sound bath is the perfect way to unwind after a long week with your friends, great for a girls' night, birthday get together, etc. This listing is to pay the deposit on a group sound bath. The cost for each person is $33 and the space can accommodate up to 33 people (including the host). This deposit covers the first 10 people and the remainder will be due after the sound bath when the final head count has been taken. The cost of this event covers everything needed to experience the sound bath: a choice of yoga mats, floor chairs, and regular chairs for an all inclusive experience, blankets, eye masks and eye pillows. You are also welcome to bring your own too! What is a sound bath? A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are immersed in sound waves produced by various instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and tuning forks. These sounds are designed to create a deeply relaxing environment, encouraging a meditative state and promoting mental, emotional, and physical healing. The vibrations from the instruments are believed to help balance energy, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being. Typically, participants lie down in a comfortable position, close their eyes, and simply allow the sounds to wash over them. Participants who have pacemakers or other devices, surgical metal, or who are pregnant are advised to consult a medical professional before attending. All participants will be asked to sign a waiver before the event acknowledging this.
