As we go throughout our days we are bombarded with numerous things that disconnect us from our true selves. From the places we go to the social media posts we see, bit by bit we become more & more distant from hearing that inner voice until it becomes a faint whisper. This distance causes us to become completely disconnected with our inner knowing, our voice, our soul. Our Soul Connection Sessions allow not just a sacred space to be held, but through the use of Reiki, Aromatherapy, Crystals, &/or Sound for a reconnection to yourself, your Soul to occur. This reconnection to the soul can help your spirit & you put those pieces back together to feel whole again. Some common questions: What is Reiki? Reiki is an ancient form of energy healing where the practitioner acts as a facilitator in helping the body's energy centers align themselves. We start the session with a short chat to discuss any specifics & follow it with an optional guided meditation with Reiki being performed during the meditation. Minimal touching is done during the session (typically just the feet and top of head) and you stay fully clothed. How is aromatherapy used? A supportive blend could be used in a diffuser or applied to Heather’s hands before the session begins. Nothing will be applied to you. How are crystals used? Crystals are placed on the chakra points or on/around the table before meditation begins. Full communication is used at all times and you are in control of whether crystals are placed by you or by Heather with minimal touch involved.(these crystals aren't kept or available for purchase). How and what sound is used? Vibrational healing through sound is a phenomenal way to facilitate & support soul connection. Sounds used include singing bowls, tuning forks, bells, chimes, rain stick, etc. If you have a Pacemaker, metal in body, uncontrolled epilepsy (seizures) or previous head injuries please talk to your doctor before proceeding with any sound healing session. This is for an IN PERSON session. If you want a distance session, please go to the listing that says "Distance Session" If you are displaying ANY symptoms of illness with or without fever on the day of your appointment, you will be asked to reschedule. We appreciate your understanding in this regard. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Any sessions cancelled within 48 hours, will incur the full session fee.
